During the COVID-19 crisis, Straus Family Creamery’s first concern continues to be ensuring the health and safety of our employees and of the dairy farmers who provide us certified organic milk.  We’re grateful that as an essential business, we can continue to fulfill the food needs of our community with high quality organic dairy products and continue to employ our committed workforce.  We employ approximately 130 people at our creamery in Marshall and our warehouse and administrative office in Petaluma. People of color comprise around 85 percent of Straus Family Creamery’s workforce. About 80 percent are Latino.
