Corazón Healdsburg provides free resources and bilingual community assistance over the phone and online via the organization’s text message platform, on Facebook, or over the phone. Examples of types of assistance include, applying for Unemployment Benefits, referrals for medical or mental health resources, legal referrals, and more.
Corazón utilizes its website, social media, text and phone communication channels to push out bilingual information from CDC and County Health officials as it becomes available.
Corazón provides weekly food distribution on Tuesdays at 11am at the Healdsburg Community Center located at 1557 Healdsburg Avenue, in Healdsburg.
